At High Cart, we are committed to providing the highest-quality cannabis products and a great delivery experience. However, due to California state regulations, we have strict policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure compliance and safety.

🚫 No Returns on Cannabis Products
Under California law, cannabis products cannot be returned once they have left the delivery driver’s possession, unless the product is:
Defective
Damaged during delivery
Incorrect (you received the wrong item)
We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction with effects. Once cannabis products are delivered and accepted, all sales are final.
✅ Eligible Refund or Exchange Situations
You may request a refund or exchange if
Your product was damaged upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The product is defective or compromised (e.g., leaking vape cart, broken packaging)
📸 How to Report an Issue
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following

A brief explanation of the issue
Photo or video evidence of the defective or incorrect product

We will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the matter and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
💵 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (if applicable)
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
If you paid cash, a credit will be issued for use on a future order.
🔁 Exchange Process
If a product is eligible for exchange
We may schedule a follow-up delivery with the replacement item
In some cases, you may be asked to return the original product to the driver
Exchanges must be completed within 48 hours of the original delivery
❗️Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we believe the claim is fraudulent or does not meet policy conditions
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless the defect requires inspection of a used product)
High Cart is not liable for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery platforms, if applicable
